Super hospitality and location

Excellent location and very helpful staff! We stayed at the Hotel King for a few days with our little dogs and we had a great time. Super hospitality and helpfulness, even towards our four-legged friends, and a truly varied and well-stocked breakfast.

Everything positive

It is now the second year in a row that we choose Hotel King for Rimini Comix, we had a very good time! Excellent buffet breakfast, very kind and helpful staff, recommended

Negative.

A negative surprise: both the rooms need renovation and the bathroom and shower are not accessible; the suite has folding doors (incredible). Lunch consists of a first and second course like a school cafeteria. The staff is excellent but insufficient for the facility (three stars); there is no dispenser for cold drinks, just a bottle of water that you have to go get...

ci dispiace che il soggiorno non abbia soddisfatto le sue aspettative, pur apprezzando il riconoscimento nei confronti del nostro personale.
Desideriamo però precisare alcuni aspetti: le bevande non sono incluse nel servizio pranzo (come comunicato in fase di prenotazione) e, proprio per questo motivo, non è presente un dispenser dedicato. .
Per quanto riguarda la porta a soffietto, è una scelta studiata per offrire maggiore privacy tra gli ambienti senza separarli completamente. Si tratta infatti di una tipologia di camera pensata principalmente per le famiglie, che permette di mantenere una certa indipendenza pur restando in uno spazio condiviso e funzionale alle esigenze di genitori e bambini.
La ringraziamo comunque per il suo feedback, che ci aiuta a migliorare costantemente il servizio offerto.

All in all positive.

I stayed three days at this hotel. Great location. The breakfast was great. Rooms too dated. You really should get rid of bedspreads. They're unwatchable. All in all, apart from rooms, in which I returned just to sleep, we were fine. Average. Clean hotel.

Short weekend

Our short weekend in Rimini took an unfortunate turn at the King Hotel. While the staff was friendly and check-in was smooth, our room had several issues. The bed had a dusty side and hair on it, despite the room being otherwise clean. The small fridge was dirty, and the curtains were stained and had holes. But the biggest problem was the air conditioning, which stopped working properly at night, leaving us sweating and unable to sleep. To make matters worse, the terrace light couldn't be switched off. When we complained about the AC, the staff apologized but didn't offer any solution. A disappointing experience that left us feeling tired and frustrated."

Gentili Ospiti,
siamo davvero dispiaciuti nel leggere la vostra recensione e ci scusiamo sinceramente per i disagi riscontrati. Sono situazioni che non dovrebbero mai capitare, e comprendiamo bene quanto possano aver influito negativamente sul vostro soggiorno.
In particolare, ci scusiamo per il guasto all’aria condizionata: purtroppo si è verificato improvvisamente nella notte di sabato, intorno alla mezzanotte, rendendo impossibile un intervento immediato. Nonostante la nostra premura nel cercare una soluzione anche fuori orario, non è stato possibile sistemarlo fino al lunedì mattina, trattandosi di una riparazione tecnica complessa.
Terremo conto con molta attenzione delle vostre segnalazioni anche sul resto della camera, perché vogliamo che ogni dettaglio sia sempre all’altezza delle aspettative.
Ci auguriamo possiate darci un'altra occasione in futuro per farvi vivere un’esperienza completamente diversa, come meritate.
