Обслуживание понравилось, оставила утром вещи и отпаривалась гулять. Заселили вовремя, комната небольшая, но все для удобства есть. Видно, что ванная комната обновленная. Были мыльные принадлежности, фен, полотенца. На завтрак круассан, 2 булочки, джемы, кофе. Расположение отеля отличное. Из недочетов: было немного пыльно в комнате, а также было прохладно, но есть одеяла и климат-контроль.

The location is perfect.
However, you may need to go up or down stairs(3 level) by yourselves with your heavy luggage.
It depends on the staff who wait for you.
The bathroom is so close to the toilet so that it is difficult to shower in the small space.
However there is a bathroom for everyone on the floor.
The key didn’t work properly so that it took a lot time to enter into the room.
While the staff required us to leave the key whenever we go out, sometimes there weren’t any staff in the reception.
So we couldn’t get the room key.

What a terrible experience. The room was absolutely filthy when I first arrived. The walls have not been cleaned or painted for years. There was dust on every single surface I touched so I could not stop sneezing. When I had already processed that part, I went to have a shower only to realise there wasn't any hot water. I went to reception and was told to leave the water running for 15 minutes to see if it would come out hot. I literally had to wait for 20 minutes (water being wasted unfortunately) to be able to have a shower with lukewarm water, it wasn't even hot. This was a waste of money and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know. It is better to stay in Mestre and get to Venice by bus in 10 minutes than booking a cheap and filthy hotel in the island itself like this one.

Really good for a night stay. Centre of the city. Room size is small and not sound proof.
