Super central !
Nooan prepares a lovely simple breakfast every morning. If you like an 'English' cup of tea .... take some teabags ! I did, and Nooan cheerfully accommodated !

House in very poor condition, really not recommended
- The house showed serious moisture problems in several rooms: Living room, lower bedroom, dining room, kitchen, entrance, staircase
- Many things were dirty, especially the kitchen and terrace and various pillows
- Some things were broken, eg furniture
- There were security deficiencies eg broken sockets and doors with ripped locks
- In the master bedroom the heating was broken and the temperature was in single digits at night
The management was not interested in it, did not want to come on site and did not want to know about it. We moved out after a day, but they were in no way willing to accommodate us. Everything is managed by an agency that doesn't seem to care that guests are satisfied

Complain
When I asked why, he explained the hotel was overbooked and said it was cheaper for him to move me and my companion (two people) instead of five Airbnb guests. I told him I wouldn’t leave unless Booking.com confirmed this, as I booked through you and expected my reservation to be honored. However, he threatened to remove our belongings from the room if we didn’t leave.
I called the customer service, and the representative assured me I didn’t have to leave, as I was the first to book. The manager seemed to agree initially but later canceled my reservation at 12:08 AM, claiming I never checked in—which is obviously untrue.
This left me scrambling to find a place to stay. I had to make expensive phone calls to the customer service and ended up spending an additional cost on another hotel for the second night of my trip.
Please take it serious and be carefully with this kind of people. They destroyed out vacation.
