Hotel service for the first time in Myanma
나는 여행을 좋아하기 때문에 미얀마의 여러 도시와 관광지를 방문 하였습니다
I am a Korean living in Bago,Myanmar for 4 years.
Because I love to travel, I have visited many cities and tourist destinations in Myanmar.
When I will go to tourist spots, I selected a clean and tidy Hotel.
This time, I made a reservation by selecting the Myanmar Apex Hotel from among several Hotels
On the first day, after arriving at the Hotel, as soon as we checked in, we went on a tour to the U-Bein Bridge.
On the first day, the feeling is no different from a normal Hotel.
On the morning of the second day, while eating breakfast at the hotel restaurant,I noticed something peculiar.
A neat uniformed hotel staff greeted all customers politely and warmly.
First, the staff meticulously checked whether the breakfast was well prepared.
The staff greeted all customers and asked if they felt and discomfort while they ate.
This staff even came to my table and asked if there was any discomfort or lack with a bright smile
I feels the staff is truly serving customers.
I kept waiting the staff I ate.
I've come to realize that the staff who truly works for customers.
After eating, we went out the hotel lobby to go to another place.
Also,the staff greeted we warmly in the hotel lobby.
Thanks to the kindness of the staff, we had a pleasant trip that day as well.
I could feel the kindness of the staff until the last day of check out.
Because of the sincere kindness and service of the staff, I would like to visit this hotel the next time I visit Mandalay.
So, I want to feel the high-quality service of the staff once more.
The staff name is Thet Htat San.

Nice Hotel Apex
The staff r so friendly n Ko Arkar is so helpful.Thet Htet San give us the best service.
The swimming pool atmosphere was a nice surprise. Food also clean n delicious . I highly recommend about this hotel.

Amazing hotel and staff
Mandalay was the first town we visited and we stayed in hotel Apex.
The rooms are very clean, spacious and well decorated in traditional style.
We opted for breakfast only, which was good too. The hotel has recommended a nearby traditional Burmese restaurant, which was mind blowing! The best Burmese food we have eaten in Myanmar!
The hotel has a beautiful room top bar with good drinks and nice views of Mandalay.
The staff is amazing, extremely friendly and helpful.
If we ever return to Mandalay, will definitely stay in Hotel Apex!
