Great location in Miraflores

We stayed here for 3 nights. Checkin was easy and the elevators worked great since our room was on the 8th floor. The room had plenty of space and good A/C. Breakfast was included in the 2nd floor restaurant each morning. It was fairly good with an omelette station and several hot items that changed daily.

It was a really great hotel. The room was beautiful! And clean! The staff were super helpful with anything I needed. It’s also in a really great location in the city.

Hotel without air conditioning in a hot city in the summer. Air conditioning is not working in all rooms

I stayed at this hotel on January 24th and checked in at 1:30 a.m. Very attentive receptionist and helpful as well. We went to the room and turned on the air conditioner whose display marked 27 degrees Celsius. I adjusted to 23 and we went to bed. My wife and I had a bad night in the heat, we could barely sleep. In the morning after the coffee I went to ask for help from the staff who arrange the rooms to adjust the air because I was suspicious that I had done something wrong. To my surprise he informed me that the general air conditioning of the hotel was broken and in maintenance. The temperature was already at 27.5. By midday it reached 28 (photos in attachment)
Reception gave the minimum to my complaint and still took saro from me complaining that I wanted a room with air conditioning.
I just discovered another hotel in the chain and got a transfer.
Simple room but with air running.
Avoid staying in this hotel. So you don't go through the same problem I've had.

Very well positioned in an area full of restaurants, parks and shops. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Breakfast was good
