Lovely convenient well equipped apartments. We usually stay in 2 bed but for short stay 1 bed worked fine. It’s great to be able to use the pool at partner hotel.

Good location and nice airy light apartment but spoiled by grubby and dilapidated fittings.

The apartment is well located, is light and airy with comfortable beds but the furnishings, finish and equipment are dilapidated and grimy. Described as ‘luxury’ there were a catalogue of issues including: leaking kettle, fridge door wouldn’t close, range hood light didn’t work, heated towel rail control hanging off, no soap in shower, kitchen cupboard door hanging off, door veneer badly chipped, dishwasher tablet dispenser didn’t work, TV in main bedroom didn’t work, chair in second bedroom practically falling apart, grubby bathroom and walls around light switches. Some of these issues they were able to rectify but at $AUD1,000 a night it definitely doesn’t represent good value, and cannot be regarded as ‘luxury’ accommodation. Very disappointing!

Good location but everything else wasn’t great

A great location however, DO NOT stay here if you don’t like the smell of smoke and weed and or don’t like dust because, clearly the air con is recycled from outside and sucks in all the air from any one smoking outside and it’s more than noticeable. In addition the apartment has dust everywhere and it appears all they do is change the sheets and wipe down surfaces, shower head did not move, shower door could not close fully leading to leaks. Expensive for what it is and having worked in the hospitallity industry for 5* hotels, this is poor by even a 3* standard.

First of all this is someone's apartment, not a hotel. The apartment was very clean and well located. My only complaint was that the phone number provided in our messages and outside the building would not complete calls unless WhatsApp was used. I used WhatsApp and called the number and no one answered. Your only effective communication is through the hotels.com message system.
Fortunately the check-in machine worked so I was able to get the key to the room. If you were to run into any issues it would probably take many hours to resolve. So I can't recommend staying at this apartment.
