Good accommodation in Ibiza
We stayed at the Sunrise to celebrate my birthday with a group of friends. Our rooms were not in the main building with the reception and the swimming pool but in a complex a little further on, recently renovated. Each unit was made up of two rooms, one with double bed and the other with a kitchenette and sofa bed, large and comfortable bathroom. They also had a balcony with two seats. The location was good, away from the confusion, but if you wanted you could go to the center on foot with a walk. The only drawback was that parking was not easy to find nearby. I don't give 5 stars because for the price paid I would have also liked to have a swimming pool next to the room .

Absolutely Loved this place!
I absolutely hate staying in Hotels, so I was very glad to find the Sunrise Suites. We had a beach front apartment with stunning views. The apartment was clean and modern. It also had a really good shower. There is cleaning services available every day and the staff were all really nice. The beach are pretty much across the road and it’s about 15 minutes walk to Old Town. Loads of bars abs restaurants only minutes away. We decided straight away that we will definitely be back. It’s the best place I’ve ever stayed in Ibiza. We wanted to go back the following year abs had the hotel already booked, but then Covid happened. We hope to go back as soon as we can. Can’t wait for next time!

Could improve
I stayed here about 6 times this summer purely because it’s good value for what it is..... saying that I felt the staff changed all the time and didn’t really care if you never came back. Sadly towards the end of the season the quality dropped. Dirty towels stains and broken phone. (The most frustrating thing about this place is you are woken up everyday by the cleaners moving the chairs on the balcony above you when they clean the floor they don’t realise the dragging metal chairs is waking everyone up) All the showers leak so that bathroom can never really dry out. If they spent a bit of money and hired staff that were happy it could be really good!! And sometimes the music at the pool was perfect but sometimes it was awful. This place has a lot of potential to be good.

Won't be back
Opinion/experience will differ depending on what you're looking for from your stay and on which side of the building your apartment is located.
Positives
Close to Figueretas beach, Playa d'en Bossa, promenade and wide selection of restaurants and bars
Easy walk 15-20 minutes to Ibiza town
Negatives
Few metres away from neighbouring, very lively hotel with noise day and night.
Weak air-conditioning
Bathroom window is not frosted/ no curtain and overlooked by other apartments
Poor customer service.
Stayed in three properties during our holiday in Ibiza. Would very happily stay in the others again but not in Sunrise suites. Better hotels and apartments nearby.

Ibiza-Reise aufgrund von Corona storniert und nie das Geld zurück erhalten
Aufgrund von Corona wurde unser Flug nach Ibiza storniert. Ich stornierte das Hotel und bat um eine Rückerstattung. Mir wurde lediglich ein Gutschein angeboten, woraufhin ich um eine komplette Rückerstattung bat. Ich befand mich in Kurzarbeit und hatte unter anderem daher Anpruch auf die Rückerstattung. Leider hat sich das Hotel nie wieder gemeldet. Auch nach Rücksprache mit Booking konnte das Hotel nie wieder erreicht werden. Daran sieht man, wie inkompetent dieses Hotel ist.. Gastfreundschaft und Freundlichkeit werden hier auf alle Fälle nicht groß geschrieben. Nie nie niemals würde ich empfehlen dieses Hotel zu buchen... Gerade weil der Service vorab schon so schlecht ist..
