Sleeping among wines and waking up in front of the Jerez Cathedral.
Our experience has been magnificent. We have been lucky enough to enjoy a room with a fantastic terrace facing the Jerez Cathedral, one of those little luxuries that end up defining a stay. Being able to sit quietly at the end of the day, choose one of the González Byass wines from the hotel menu, and enjoy it while contemplating the Cathedral is hard to beat.
The hotel perfectly maintains that balance between winery tradition and contemporary comfort. The courtyards, the corners full of history, and the proximity of the old wineries ensure that Sherry wine is present throughout your stay without the need for great artifice.
We also have a wonderful memory of the breakfasts in the garden. The space is wonderful, but above all, I would highlight the team's attention: service that is approachable, friendly, and always with a smile, something that is especially appreciated when you are on vacation and want to start the day without rushing.
The only regret of our visit was finding the restaurant closed, so we were left wanting to experience a cuisine that everyone had spoken very highly of to us. It will be a magnificent excuse to return.
A different, elegant hotel with a personality that is hard to find in other places. If you are also interested in the world of wine, staying inside González Byass makes the experience even more special.
And that terrace facing the Cathedral, with a glass of Sherry in hand, is one of those moments that you take home with you.

The perfect boutique stay
From check in to breakfast to dinner the whole team are amazing.
The pool is simply breathtaking and our room (10) large and comfortable with amazing views over the cathedral.
Really well located.
Breakfast is simply beautiful in the gardens with a great curated selection.
We will be back next year for sure

The only place we’d stay in Jerez
This is our second time here, and it’s just the best boutique place to be in Jerez. Not sure we’ll ever stay anywhere else!
The staff are brilliant. Engaging, helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. Fantastic breakfast in the gardens as ever. Again we had room 10, our perfect room with the perfect view of the cathedral.
The roof top pool has the best views, and whilst there could be a few more loungers in the day that’s the only small suggestion we have! Just a perfect place, a 5 min walk to the action, yet super quiet and super comfortable.

Our room overlooked the cathedral and the garden where we had dinner one night which was superb and breakfast the following morning which was also superb!
Lovely rooftop area with pool, however the bar service was very slow because the barman kept disappearing in the lift.
Great aircon throughout which was a blessing after the brutal summer heat in Jerez! I would not hesistate to stay here again- it really was superb!
