Excellent staff and intentional service. Very accommodating and considerate. Definitely Will stay again and recommend.

Convenient and clean
Great stay!! Kind of expensive but location is close to all the touristy things and it's very clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating. It's quiet aside from occasional door slamming. Didn't eat at restaurant but breakfast was good. There's a shop across the street for essential items too.

Very very pleased with hotel and location.
This is one fantastic Doubletree. Mostly Contemporary hotel. Hotel is spotless
Diamond status recognized and appreciated
I had a great room picked out but got upgraded when I arrived as nicer room was available at no additional cost.
Very good location. Very good value.
Fantastic detail work , stone and wood work throughout.
Breakfast continental breakfast not as nice as you would get at a Hilton in Europe but was acceptable. Enjoyed the spanish omelot.
We both loved the hotel and especially the room.
Highly recommend.
Got best haircut ever at barber Toni Barber Men. 20 minute walk. Ate at Taberna El Sur 15 minute walk. It’s a tapas pub. Did laundry 5 minute walk from hotel Launderette Cervantes. Exit hotel go left, first right, you walk right into laundry. Attendant breaks bills, very nice. gives you Euros for machines. 24 E for 3 loads, wash and drive. .supplies detergent if you need. Made her day. Gave 2. E tip. She was very appreciative. She will do dropoff also
Lucia on front desk was great in second role as unofficial concierge. Thanks Lucia !

The staff at this hotel were incredible. Went above and beyond. Clean comfortable and awesome location.

Very bad experience.
Very bad experience at this hotel. I had reserved it a month in advance because I had to do some paperwork very close by, and I called two days before to confirm that everything was fine. When I arrived, they told me that my room had a maintenance issue and that they could not fix it, and they did not offer me another room to my dismay. They sent me to another one of their hotels that was much farther from where I needed to go. With such advance notice, these things should not happen; they should have informed me to cancel the reservation and allow me to stay at another hotel of my choice.

En primer lugar, le rogamos acepte nuestras más sinceras disculpas por los inconvenientes sufridos, ocasionados por una incidencia técnica imprevista en la habitación que tenía asignada.
Queremos aclararle que, al no disponer de sus datos de contacto en nuestro sistema, nos resultó imposible anticiparnos para comunicarle la situación antes de su llegada.
Con respecto a su solicitud de early check-in a las 11:30 h, la cual constaba en su reserva como una preferencia no garantizada, es importante señalar que, debido a la alta ocupación previa y con independencia del incidente posterior, la habitación no habría estado disponible antes de nuestra hora oficial de entrada (15:00 h). Sin embargo, al coincidir esta circunstancia con el contratiempo imprevisto en su habitación —lo que habría retrasado la entrega incluso más allá de la hora oficial—, consideramos, y así lo compartimos con usted, que la opción más confortable e inmediata era gestionar su alojamiento en el Atocha Hotel Madrid, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, un establecimiento de 4 estrellas de nuestra misma familia y de absoluta confianza.
Con esta alternativa, nuestro objetivo fue asegurarle el acceso a una habitación de categoría superior de forma inmediata a su llegada, evitándole una larga espera.
Asimismo, aunque ambos hoteles se encuentran a apenas 650 metros de distancia, por supuesto, hemos asumido íntegramente los gastos de los trayectos en taxi necesarios para asistir a su cita.
Adicionalmente, el equipo del hotel de destino tuvo el placer de ofrecerle un late check-out sin coste, con el deseo de compensar y mitigar el impacto de este contratiempo.
Reiteramos nuestras disculpas por el malestar causado y quedamos a su entera disposición.
