Located 15 minutes’ drive from Madrid and with easy access to the M30 and M40 motorways, Exe Madrid Norte offers free Wi-Fi. Set in gardens, it features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool.

The place is about a 14 Euro ride away from Chamartin station (where we arrived) which is why I chose it. Bad idea location-wise as the station we departed from was a 35 Euro ride from it (as was a friend we visited) in downtown near Latina. But that's on us. Sorry, me.
The Exe is part of the eurohotels chain, so expect similar overall good service and rooms.
The guy (Nicolas, if I recall correctly) who checked us in was fab. He gave us a good restaurant rec (Honest Greens, truth be told the only reasonable place within walking distance), fixed our safe problem personally, and was helpful when it came to ordering a taxi, or helping us assess our travel options. Kudoes to him. Can't necessarily say the same to the other front desk person we dealt with.
On the negative side, the tv had nothing but Spanish language channels, and most frustratingly the hotel ran out of regular instant coffee for the rooms. Seriously.
Overall - it's a good place but locationwise in the boondocks which is why I would not go back there again.

Clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff. Only downside was that WiFi didn’t work in our rooms

Pleasant stay
Nice hotel, well equipped room,.
Staff attentive and helpful. Very good
Breakfast Delicious restaurant meals.
Only downside the road noise because hotel very close and no French channels on TV BUT this is not inconvenient.

Good experience and good treatment
The hotel is 20 minutes drive from the center of Madrid so we had to move in Ubers but fine. Very clean hotel and very comfortable beds. The only bad thing is that the bathtub was very very high and on the way out you had to hold on well because you could give yourself a good blow. Rich and varied breakfast and very friendly staff

Thank you for your attention
The small rooms but clean but I didn't even want to leave the hotel for dinner because Diana and Miguel's attention from the bar is UNPAID. HOW PROFESSIONAL. WHAT A WONDER OF PEOPLE. That's nice. Whenever I come, I'll stay for dinner. Fast, impeccable and friendly service. Thank you to the 2!
