Great option in Madrid to stay

I stayed in a single room and it is a wonderful establishment, with everything you need to enjoy a getaway in Madrid. It has air conditioning and an electric radiator, so you will always be warm. Refrigerator to put water and whatever we want. And a lot of tranquility. I highly recommend it. I will repeat!

Poor education and room 205 poor

Well after valuing by Booking and they answer me with something that they have mistaken customers value around here, room with hair from previous customers, the man who gives us the very unkind key without explanation of anything, we arrived to the room and it turns out that the room was still cleaning, we could not shower since we gave very mania hair in the shower, their answer in Booking is that we wanted to stay a free night when it is not so since we only booked a night that the day of departure we returned for our city and in the mail they put garlic and water... If that's a hostel owner's education... I definitely don't recommend it for anything in the world.

Regrettable lack of hygiene and education

Room 304. Regrettable. Upon entering you are surrounded by a smell that denotes an absolute lack of hygiene, which can be corroborated by observing the dirt on the floor, which is sticky. When I pick up a blanket I see that it is dirty, having not been washed in years. The furniture was broken and unkempt with cigarette marks. There were cobwebs on the ceiling. It is noted that despite smoking being prohibited, it is a room where people smoke. The person responsible is a rude person who should not be facing the public. Breakfast consisted of two porras (churros) from the previous day and a coffee. Paying 72 euros for that little hovel seems like a theft to me, but due to urgency I had no other choice. If you can, avoid staying in that hostel, so to speak.

Great value nice little place

My senior mum stayed there for 10 days over Easter period as me and family stayed in an apartment close by, She was treated exceptionally well, got an upgrade twice (from a single room to a double room with a fridge), very helpful owner and staff, even helped her with the luggage up and down the stairs and did not accept tips! There are stairs from the ground floor to the rooms that she could manage fine. Even a single room was spacious enough. All was very nice and clean, quiet location. Walls are a bit thin but she was Ok to sleep there (she is not a great sleeper due to her age). There is a good value restaurant and bar downstairs. On the weekend they did not open for breakfast but otherwise open all day. The hotel is located less than 10 min walk from a tube station (Mar de Cristal) which sits on the fastest and newest metro line 8 to the airport on one end and central Madrid on the other end. Would definitely recommend to single and family travellers alike who are looking for a nice simple place to stay which is good value and well connected to airport and city centre.

Estupendo servicio y lo recomiendo. Las instalaciones sencilla y trato por el personal maravilloso

Estupendo alojamiento y servicio bueno. Es la primera vez que estoy en Madrid y seguro que vuelvo. Para desconectar y descansar totalmente recomendable . Las camas cómodas y habitación sencilla y muy limpia con WiFi. Estupendo!!
