The apartment was great. Clean and Tidy. Very close to Metro station that takes you directly to Madrid downtown (stop name "Gran Via"). There is bakery and market shop 100 steps away.
Con: The board at the location did not say "SmartR

Dirty apartment and there was no one to help you

Terrible experience, very difficult to contact them from the begining...they would never pick up the call or answer the WhatsApp.
Everything was dirty, I didn't sit in the living room since it was so discussing (pictures included), the apartment door downstairs was always opened, so you don't feel safe at all and you could hear everything from the other floors.
The blinds did not work and no one came to solve the problem, I made videos and they said there was no one available, so I had to

Forget it

Dirty, unpleasant hotel; after 1 night we left despite a reservation for several days... sheets with suspicious colors (yellow stains), dirty walls, no insulation, connecting door that does not close, poor welcome
Furthermore, we filed a complaint with Booking without any response. They tell us if the hotel does not want to refund you, then we cannot do anything. Unprofessional

It has not met my expectations.

The apartment has not met my expectations. The kitchen utensils were scarce and of poor quality (the knives did not cut). The bathroom door could not be closed, broken moldings, toilet siphon detached, a wall full of peeling.... The showers had mold.
I paid 30 euros for a pet, and they did not have any food or water bowls for her.
Very expensive for what they offered me.

Address shown on hotels.com not address of the hotel. Arrived at wrong address in the middle of the night not speaking the language. Luckily I found the address which wasn’t even the front entrance. Thankfully they have 24/7 number I called and they helped me find the place which was on the other corner. Nice place. But arrival was harrowing to say the least
