Our home in Madrid
From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The kindness, warmth, and professionalism of all the staff make every stay truly special.
What really makes the difference are the small details. That they remember your preferences, that they take care of every gesture, and that they make everything seem natural demonstrates the enormous care with which they work and the level of personalized service they offer.
After several visits, we can say that Hotel Tótem continues to exceed our expectations. It is an elegant, cozy place with service that is hard to match. Without a doubt, it will continue to be our home every time we return to Madrid.

Hay personas que llegan a un hotel y hay personas que, con el paso del tiempo, terminan formando parte de él. Usted pertenece, sin duda, a este segundo lugar.
Confieso que leer sus palabras nos emociona de una manera muy especial. No solo por la generosidad con la que describe su experiencia, sino porque detrás de cada frase hay algo que para nosotros tiene un valor incalculable: el tiempo compartido, la confianza construida estancia tras estancia y la tranquilidad de saber que, cada vez que vuelve a Madrid, vuelve también a su casa.
Ha puesto voz a aquello que rara vez se puede explicar. Los pequeños gestos, las preferencias que recordamos, las conversaciones que continúan donde se quedaron la última vez... Son detalles que nacen del cariño con el que todo el equipo recibe a las personas que ya sentimos parte de Tótem.
No imagina lo que significa para nosotros leer que seguimos superando sus expectativas después de tantos viajes. Es, probablemente, el reconocimiento más bonito que podríamos recibir, porque nos recuerda que la verdadera hospitalidad no está en lo extraordinario, sino en conseguir que alguien se sienta esperado antes incluso de cruzar la puerta.
Compartiremos sus palabras con cada una de las personas que forman parte de Tótem. Estoy segura de que las recibirán con emoción.

We appreciate you taking a moment to share a few thoughts about your stay at Tótem Madrid.
Some reviews say far more than a rating ever could, and yours leaves us with the feeling of someone who truly connected with both the city and the way it is experienced from this corner of Madrid. The neighbourhood, the freedom of exploring on foot, the cafés, restaurants and shops around every corner all become part of the journey, and it is wonderful to know that was part of your experience.
It is equally rewarding to read that the design, the food and the care of our team helped shape those days in the city in a meaningful way.
And perhaps the words we enjoyed reading most were: “Definitely will be back.” We cannot think of a better compliment.
