It was an amazing with Hotel Beleret, Room were big , clean and bed very confi.
Staff were very polite and helpful.

This hotel is fantastic, we travelled with our 2 pups and our teenage daughter. The staff member was very kind and helpful, we had to changed rooms as there was a couple of issues with the first one, nothing super bad, just an item that had been left in the fridge that had gone off, and the aircon in that room wasn't working very well. The man at the desk was very apologetic and gave us a bigger room too! We paid for half board, this time I wish we hadn't because the evening meal wasn't to our taste... usually they do a buffet, however as we were the only 3 they had dining that evening, they didn't and just gave us a choice of 3 starters, 3 mains and 3 desserts, of which, we only only enjoyed the main which was 3 small, thin lamb chops and a handful of fries! The room itself was very spacious, the layout well thought out, and clean, as was the bathroom... they even put a bit of plastic round the toilet seat so you know it has been cleaned. The shower was over the bath, it was very strong and easy to use, however it didn't stay up so unless you are under 4ft, you had to gold it to wash your hair and body. Breakfast in the morning was nice, loads of choice with hot and cold options. Eerything was clean and easy to find. Staff again, very kind and helpful.
Parking, that is a bit of an issue, we have a big people carrier type car and only parking is across the road, and it's a little tight, but we found a spot and it wouldn't put us off booking again.

Location is near to metro about 5mins walk.
Poor wifi.
Bath room / toilet - Do not have drain , if you bath and water got out the whole floor is wet.
Only good is that allow early check in when room is ready

Amazing and pleasant experience

A very cozy, elegant, and beautiful hotel. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, the breakfast was rich and delicious, and the dinner was served like in a 5-star restaurant. The plates looked like something from a MasterChef competition. I highly recommend choosing half board because it is absolutely worth it! ❣️
The hotel is very close to the subway station and very quiet.
We really enjoyed our stay there! ☀️

It would take little to achieve excellence...

Booked for two we had a huge room and especially with great beds.
Only this aspect (the beds) significantly improves judgment.
It would not be bad as a hotel, net of the poor soundproofing, if they took more care of the details.
For example, it is not acceptable that on our arrival the (blind) bathroom smelled of varequin to the point of irritating the mucous membranes of the nose, and that all the doors, both entrance and bathroom, creak like an old iron gate.
Definitely improveable also the absence of a proper shower, replaced by a bathtub with plastic curtain and hand shower placed at shoulder height...
Staff very kind and helpful.
