Slightly run down property, but clean and welcoming. The host was kind and helpful. Well equipped rooms

No manger at property, (told he was hungover somewhere & couldn't be contacted) So blokes sat at the bar drinking on their holiday helped instead, showed us to a room, he had no idea about safe key, how the tv worked, no water in room, no mugs, cold shower
(on day 2 the CLEANER went to the shop & bought water for us)
TV never worked, left off, no one sorted it. Hole in bathroom ceiling, towel rack hanging off wall. Apartment lock also disconnected from door, very unsafe.
Bed was APPALLING full of painful springs.
Room not cleaned for 3 days, had to ask for towels, even with sign left on door. Swimmng pool disgusting, no human should enter it.
1 bin for whole room, overflowing never emptied, room never serviced.
This accommodation was disgraceful even for Thailand standards, it should simply be closed down, for cleaning & maintenance.
Nobody should stay here.

We would like a full refund for this stay, as it was completely unacceptable. Photos, facilities & amenities advertised online do not match the realty of the property

NEVER AGAIN!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! We paid £23 per night, and unfortunately paid in advance, this is a £10 per night room MAX!! Where to begin. Springs were coming through the mattress. Lights hanging out of the ceiling, live wall sockets broken and live wires showing. Live wires exposed on fuse box. The room was smelly with raw sewage, tap and sink were wobbly in bathroom, TV didn't work, and the fridge was rusty inside and smelly. Do not ( and I repeat ) do not go in the swimming pool, it is not filtered or cleaned. Outside roof above our room was falling down, and bits would fall on you when it was windy. Staff were non existent, and room was not cleaned. Also don't expect to get any sleep, loud terrible music until 5 am, basically it's a bar with some dirty rooms out the back. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

When we arrived, there was no one at the reception. We had to shout for assistance, and eventually, the receptionist came out from their room where they had been sleeping. They handed us the key, showed us to the room, and then left.
The room was gloomy, and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. We also didn’t receive any towels at check-in. The bed was more like a cot and was impossible to sleep on. We only stayed one night.
The entire place looked like a dump, and the pool was far too dirty to swim in. The atmosphere was also incredibly strange when we returned in the evening – not even a greeting from anyone.
This stay was definitely not worth 2800 BAHT. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The whole resort is an adventure, the pool useless!
Should be half price for Budget traveller ok.
