Highly recommended- service with a huge smile

Anthony, Selina, Anton and the team are a wonderful crew at this hotel. Great rooms, on call Anton to drive you if needed to destinations in Dili and excellent local advice on timing things with the traffic and departures in and around Dili. Wonderful restaurant overlooking the waterfront - Ombai Strait - Bay of Dili.

Dili Perfection

We loved our say at Esplanada. The pool was a wonderful way to finish a hot and dusty Dili day. The hotel itself was immaculate and the staff so helpful - organising our airport and ferry transfers. And the restaurant was really good. Some of the best curry and local fish of our visit. Highly recommend.

Fantastic stay

We flew from Darwin for a long weekend and it was really comfortable and relaxing. We spent two of the three days cramming as much as we could into each day and then relaxed by the pool and watched the sunset from the restaurant bar. The food was delicious, staff friendly and helpful connecting us with a fantastic local tour guide. We are planning our next trip and will be staying again at the Hotel Esplanada.

Fantastic stay in Dili

I just had a great stay at Hotel Esplanada in Dili.
The local and expat hosts were all really helpful and friendly, the room was very comfortable, the pool and garden very relaxing and a great restaurant overlooking the ocean and street life with very tasty local and western food.
I’m looking forward to visiting again - hopefully with friends and family.

Finally ticked. Timor Leste of the bucket list,

Great location and very nice pool and garden area. Staff very accommodating and nothing too much trouble
