We arrived at the hotel and checked in, only to be surprised that we had to take the stairs all the way up to the 4th floor, as there is no elevator.
Another disappointment was that there was no housekeeping service during our entire stay. We had to take care of everything ourselves, including getting fresh towels, toilet paper, and emptying the trash.
There was also no refrigerator in the room, which made it difficult to keep water or other drinks cold. There wasn’t even an option to get cold water at the reception.
On the day of check-out, which was supposed to be at 12:00, I discovered that the electricity had been turned off already at 8. This meant I couldn’t charge my phone before travelling, and I couldn’t use the AC despite the temperature being around 32°C.
When I went downstairs and asked if someone could help bring my suitcase down because I was unable to carry it myself, I was told that the staff member was alone and therefore couldn’t help. I found this very disappointing, especially since I was also alone. At the very least, I would have expected him to offer to carry the suitcase together with me.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.
The only positive thing about this hotel was the location. It was very convenient and well situated.

I had a short but pleasant stay here. I experienced 3 different rooms.
Rooms and beds were comfortable and clean. There is no restaurant at the hotel but as it is in the centre of Antalya there are many cafes and restaurants within a very short distance. I had a major worry at one point when I accidentally left my phone in an airport taxi. However the hotel manager / reception was very quick to act and I had my phone returned within 15 worying minutes. Top marks and thanks to this man, you know who you are sir.
The hotel is within a 3 minute walk of a tram stop which links directly to Antalya airport, bonus. If I need one or two overnights there I would have no hesitation. A 15 minute stroll to the old harbour was interesting in the evening/night.

The Sever Hotel (guesthouse) is located in the center of Antalya, near Mark. All necessary amenities are within walking distance, and the old town of Kaleici and the incredibly expensive Mermerli Beach are a 10-15-minute walk away, crossing a bustling shopping street with a variety of shops, cafes, and eateries to suit every taste and budget. The free (or at least less expensive) beaches of Konyaalti and Lara are about a half-hour bus ride away. The bus stop for the 600 bus to the airport is five minutes away. The hotel itself is certainly not 5-star, but it's livable. I especially want to note the friendly staff, always ready to help. I felt truly supported. Thank you for your care and hospitality. On my next visit to Antalya, I plan to stay at the Sever Hotel again.

очень хорошее расположение, приветливый персонал. в очень плохом состоянии ванная комната (фен не работал, слив плохой, вода из душевой кабины разливалась по всему полу). на сайте указано что включен завтрак в стоимость жилья, но персонал на ресепшен сказал что завтраков у них никогда не было. это скорее не к отелю вопрос.
