Average Hotel
The rest of the place needs work. When we arrived to our first room, the AC wasn’t working and although maintenance came quickly, it took an hour to diagnose the issue and help us to move to a new room which had good AC. In the second room the drapes fell from the ceiling in the middle of the night and when we went to tell the desk the next day, their reaction told me this was a regular occurrence. The noise from the trains is loud and regular. Our closet was in the kitchen area. The instructions for the washer/dryer are for a different model than the one in the room. The front desk team didn’t acknowledge us as we went through. Overall a strange and average stay. With so many choices, I’d say somewhere else in the future.

Anything positive would be Neil when checking in.
If you are looking for comfort, basic amenities, or decent customer service, stay far away from this hotel.
Air Conditioning: Completely broken. When I brought this to the attention of the customer service desk, the woman staff member actually tried to argue with me and claimed I was wrong, turning a simple maintenance issue into an unnecessary argument. Overall attitude was disgusting. She needs to be fired.
Amenities: Non-existent. There is no restaurant, and when I simply asked for ice, they couldn't even provide that.
Bathroom: An absolute joke—easily the worst bathroom I have ever seen in my life.
The only positive thing about this property is its location, but that is nowhere near enough to make up for the terrible conditions and rude service. I would never stay here again.
