Clean room, easy Ubahn to city center. Comfortable bed and pillows. Staff is kind and works hard to maintain property. Considering the cost of the room, a hotpot/coffee maker in the room was lacking.

nice, but more like 2 than 3 star hotel

stayed 4 nights with my cat to escape the heatwave, we had a really pleasant stay. would have been nice to have a mini fridge and a kettle in the room...

Fraudsters

We stayed at this hotel with a school group of 55 students (fourth grades) and 5 teachers from a scientific high school in Milan. Upon checkout, the hotel management requested to withhold € 570 (out of 1650 deposited) from the deposit, justifying this request with alleged inappropriate noisy behavior (not found by the teachers) without highlighting any other material damage found.
Considering this request unjustified, the teachers requested the intervention of law enforcement, who listened to the parties and played a mediating role. At that meeting, the police reassured the teachers about the full return of the deposit, since the details were not collected.
After the removal of the police, the hotel management did not return the sum, stating its intention to involve the agency. In response to this behavior we contacted the police again; only as a result of this further intervention, the hotelier returned almost the entire deposit, withholding € 30 without justification.
Absolutely incorrect behavior that also forced us to change the organization of the day.

Serial scammers: don't book!

My son and his classmates stayed at this hotel and as predicted I was tricked by the property that intended to withhold the deposit citing fictitious and fabricated reasons. The teacher called the police and eventually after two hours the situation was resolved. We knew from the reviews read before departure that this modus operandi is repeated and now established so all the guys on arrival took videos and photos to have rehearsals at check out that actually served! Very bad I would say - absolutely not to book

DESPERATE THIEVES

They are thieves, they cheat by any means the guest. Bad service and very rough staff. I recommend avoiding this hotel at anything
