IT IS A PENSION - NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL

My room was excellent, small but efficient - quiet and clean (it was immaculately cleaned and towels changed every day) Absolutely fantastic location and hardly a seedy area. It is in one the most pristine walking locations in all of Europe much less Vienna. No complaints whatsoever. I booked the room for 3 days and ended up staying for two weeks. I would certainly recommend that keeping your attitude to yourself works best with the staff.

simple rooms - but perfectly sufficient

for short trip ok
Spent two nights here. Room clean and fresh towels every day. If you want more luxury has to go elsewhere, but for two nights it was ok. Rooms facing the street are noisy, but the pension can't help it, that's just the case in a big city. Everything was ok for the price range.

Good location

Very good location but poor design furniture and terrible conditions. Shower not tried. The bed and all equipments worn out. Horrible snoke smelling all over the room. No proper heating. No breakfast but booked with. The metro subway vibrates the entire building. All in all good location but nothing else.

The good hotel for this price .

The hotel is very convenient - near metro station Keplerplatz . On this line is located the station Stephansplatz . The center can be reached non-stop . Not far away is a small grocery market . The hotel rooms are clean but small, but the bathroom is big . Ideal for those who are just spending the night at the hotel.

Convenient, decent rooms, however beware of service and linen

We arrived for our two night stay around midnight on a Friday to find dirty linens with hairs all over them and were "greeted" by unprofessional, not to mention quite unfriendly staff. After much complaining, we had the linens changed however the bottom sheet was really only a slipcover for the mattress and after much discussion we were never given a top sheet. In addition the double bed is really two single mattresses which can be quite annoying. It is conveniently located right across from the metro, and the area, while not the best is acceptable. The breakfast was quite copius, however you must note it is served outside the hotel in a cafe around the corner in a public coffee shop which is smokier than any bar I have ever been in in Paris and this was at 11am in the morning. Bottom line: if nothing else is available, as was the case for us, it is ok, but don't expect too much.
