Very good.

Comfortable bed, delicious breakfast and lots of options. Highlight for the cleaning of the bedroom and bathroom, everything very clean and smelly.

TripAdvisor hotel reservation was misleading

I made this reservation on trip advisor assuming I was reserving a normal hotel room for which the hotel was responsible. I did not find out that I was mistaken until I arrived and could not access WiFi which the hotel informed me was not their responsibility. TripAdvisor support was entirely useless. Eventually I found someone on the hotel staff who was able to contact whoever I was actually renting the room from and got WiFi access information. However the quality of that WiFi was very unreliable and I ended up mostly not using it. The room itself was one although there was no maid service, and the hotel breakfast buffet was overpriced (normally in Brazil it’s included in the hotel cost) and poor quality - eg scrambled eggs so runny they appeared half-cooked. I went elsewhere for breakfast after my first experience there. I would like a refund but TripAdvisor support staff have not provided me with a way to lodge a formal complaint despite my request for them to do that via email
