Our stay was very comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with plenty of room to relax. The entire property was also very clean and clearly well cared for. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant place to stay, and we were very happy with our experience.

I felt very uncomfortable with the desk staff. He made me feel uneasy by flirting with me and even called up to my room, thinking that I would be alone; it was my birthday and he said he wanted to come up to my room to give me a gift. I will never stay at this place again and I recommend no single woman should ever stay at this place with that type of predator at the front desk.

Nice hotel. Terrible staff.

The hotel is a new build and structurally, very accommodating for guests. The front desk agents, however, showed a severe lack of experience in hospitality or any ability in guest service. These front desk agents were more focused on talking on the phone through their ear buds, than actually holding any sort of hospitable conversation with guests. As a guest, I felt like more of an inconvenience to them, and I seemed to be disrupting their conversation with their friends or family in India.
While the hotel and location were quite good, the lack of guest service was beyond unacceptable. Any questions I asked, felt like the front desk staff was annoyed. As an experienced hotelier, I have never been met with such horrific guest service. Please train your staff or hire accordingly.

Very nice property, comfy bed and pillows! Very quiet and slept really good! I think this well.

Good unground parking lot, awkward staff, good breakfast spot in same building not affiliated with this hotel, but very good breakfast.
