It was an amazing stay at this hotel. Location is good, quiet and surrounding with convenient store and small restaurant. Will be back to this hotel for sure.

Great Service at Centrally Located Hotel

Impeccable service warmly greeted at check in. Received help with luggage to room. Generous Hhonors benefits. Absolutely huge rooms just look at the size from the photos. Had to check out for a guided tour early. Front desk Luke provided good help to stow my luggage until the evening and provided great advice getting access to breakfast before 7am start timing. Great Hhonors redemption booking and a wonderful first impression of Hilton Chongqing and the city. The front desk lady (didn’t get her name) who checked me in 25 April evening 9:30PM was really wonderful too. Thanks for the lovely stay

Conveniently located with clean rooms and well-maintained facilities. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast is delicious. Highly recommended!

Needs renovation yesterday

We chose this hotel for its prime location in Yuzhong District about a 30 minute taxi ride from the high-speed rail station. As Diamond members, we were upgraded to an apartment suite. It was my first time staying in this type of suite, and the space was enormous: a full living room upon entry, a separate bedroom, and even a bathroom with a bathtub. Having two toilets was also a nice touch. We also got two bottles of drinks anf one was a coke made with Chinese herbs.
That said, this is the first Hilton property in Chongqing, and it does show its age. The facilities feel dated and could benefit from a refresh.
On the positive side, we enjoyed the amenities, including the pool and a complimentary Saturday yoga flow class, which was a fun one-hour session. The standout, however, was the breakfast—exceptionally extensive with a wide selection of both Western options and local Chongqing specialties. Everything was well-prepared and thoughtfully presented.
Service throughout our stay was excellent. Vivi, the restaurant assistant manager, was friendly and attentive, making us feel well taken care of. The executive lounge was also great that they served hot food items from 6 pm to 8 pm during happy hour.
In terms of location, it’s hard to beat. We relied mostly on Didi taxis for convenience, though the metro is only a few minutes away. From the hotel, it was easy to visit major attractions like Hongya Cave, Kuixinglou Square (the famous 22nd floor that feels like ground level), and Liziba Station.
Overall, the location and service are standout strengths, but the property would greatly benefit from a renovation to keep up with newer Hilton standards.

It's okay for the price, it's very old hotel and the carpets is a bit smelly..
