It was a pleasant stay ,the Staff specially the Reception were very hospitable and helpful ,made every thing easy and possible ...Thank you

One of the most old and uncomfortable,dirty and unsafe hotel I have experienced

Dirty and very old hotel, not even one star quality, more like a motel.
1. Poor quality. They have false positives reviews and old photos of there facilities and are poorly maintained and not updated in over 10 -15 years.
2. Photos of the hotel shown are at least 10-15 years old and the hotel currently looks nothing like the photos. Its dirty and poorly cleaned with stains everywhere, walls, bed sheets, pillows, furniture.
3. It is NOT a non-smoking hotel as listed. There is smoking everywhere and in common areas and we constantly have to smell cigarette smoke coming into our room.
4. NO breakfast buffet available or offered! Only a very poor and inedible cold meal for breakfast.
5. NO working WiFi. Only available in the Lobby and spotty.
6. NO Free airport shuttle available.
7. NO 4 restaurants and bar/lounge as listed. Only one outdoor roof top (in the heat) restaurant/bar that offers food/snacks after 6pm! No food all day long until dinner.
8. NO 3 coffee shops/cafes as listed!
9. Don't even have an iron for clothes.
10. Manager who is the only person that speaks English, refuses to help communication with us and the Arab speaking staff, causing much confusion and stress, then only for him to be rude and ignore us.

The hotel was run-down and dirty. It is possible that it was once a 3 star hotel but not anymore. Mold everywhere, the shower did not work and never had slower internet

I was shocked. Bad quality and experience

I swear to God, I wrote what I found. The furniture was very old and the bathroom I entered had no water. You can imagine a room without a phone. Contact the reception and there are no numbers on the rooms. The plugs are out and ruined. I lived in room 303 and I wish I had not lived. By God, as I say, I am the martyr of the problem. I paid before I arrived and one of their conditions is that you pay before you arrive and the money is paid. Don't take it back if you don't like the situation. What does it mean?
