Dirtiest and worst hotels in Egypt - Disappointing Hotel Experience

This is one of the dirtiest and worst hotels in Egypt,
from the rude way of the reception and management to the laundry and everything else.
Even a two star guesthouse would be far better than this place

Bad Staff & Experience

Worst experience & room services.
They have provided wrong iron which left marks in my Shirt & their towel....They started arguing without any reason. No professional etiquette.

They don't even have dogs.

We stayed from May 1 to May 4, 2026 as a cruise stop on the Nile with tour operator Fruit In Viaggi.
At first glance it looks like a beautiful luxury hotel then the altars come out. Shower door that does not close and therefore floods the bathroom every time it is used. Breakfast buffet good but dinner was served à la carte because we were four cats throughout the hotel. TERRIBLE. Conclusion, several with dysentery and one hospitalized. A beautiful holiday turned into a nightmare. To emphasize that they do not speak English well either so you can not communicate. Hotel with 4 stables. To be avoided. Not recommended

Beautiful externally but little substance and approximate service

The hotel is certainly very nice, but the service cannot be compared to that of a five-star European. In general it seems to lack organization, both as regards the rooms and the restaurant. Ours was a group trip with rooms booked for months; upon our arrival we were assigned a newly renovated room: large and well cared for in 'furnishing, but still with a strong smell of paint, dust from the works, paint stains and accessories still to be unpacked. The hotel was fully booked but, both we and other people in the group, still asked for another accommodation because the air in the room was unbreathable due to the paint. For two hours at reception they tried to convince us to stay insisting that it was late and the rooms were very nice with a new design. Only thanks to the support of our escort they then moved us to another hotel in the chain (Tolip Garden, always 5 stars, but definitely older and worn).
The next day we were assigned another room making confusion with luggage and finding other suitcases in the room.
At the restaurant we found modest quality for food, approximate service, inattentive staff and distracted by the cell phone.

Group holiday, arrival Friday 20 March 2026 departure Monday 23 March 2026. Group of 32 people

We arrived on Friday evening, end of Ramadan but tour planned many months before. Some rooms had an important smell of paint and the lime and dust from the hypothetical maintenance had not been removed.
Some couples have been accommodated in another hotel
In my room, 1002, there is a communication door with another room and we could hear anything coming from there
Totally insufficient cleaning of the room
The return of the second day was emblematic: the duvet was pulled up without pulling the sheets and pillows that I had placed on the armchair, there they remained
The restaurant perfectly disorganized.
They took the cutlery out without putting it back on.
No napkins
Waiters connected with mobile phone to think about their cases
