Very good
It was a really good time at the hotel.Everything is very well organized. The staff are very attentive; you get everything you need and more.

Some of the staff were fantastic, but had a very bad experience when I was asking why we didn't have breakfast when spending 7.5k euros. Crazy! Will never stay in an NH again.

Lovely friendly hotel!
The staff were welcoming and made an effort to be warm and friendly. The hotel was nice and everything was presented well. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. My only complaints are: 1. The bathroom floor was dirty. I spilt something and used a tissue to wipe it up. The tissue was filthy and showed it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. There were also lots of splashed water marks on the tiles. 2. Above the toilet, there was a strip of white painted wood, going across the wall. This strip was very dirty and it was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. It had a thick dusty coating with yellow marks in the groove against the wall. I had to clean it because I did not want to look at it throughout my stay. I had to put a bit of pressure on whilst cleaning the yellow marks. 3. The shower had half a door. As a result, I flooded the bathroom the first time I used it. During the showers after, I kept turning the shower on and off while I was using it, so the water would not build up and I could drain it out. Having said all that, would I stay here again… yes! A lovely hotel with seating outside, a good location and friendly staff. I wasn’t uncomfortable in the room, but their bathroom cleaning needs some attention.

Nice hotel
Friendly staff. Clean. Spacious room. Had to leave before breakfast started, but there was an early bird breakfast buffet available. Super!

We felt very welcome and taken care of
We had a pleasant stay as our request was met as 2 couples overnight stay. The rooms were quiet, carpet in the hallway so no sounds of people walking, nice room, with a very nice bed. Als Janina the receptionist was very patient and her English was very well. We also got water beverages when we went home. They also got a good parking garage. Follow P8 when you enter the huge garage, the hotel has its own space within the garage. Furthermore train station Hansaring was a 10-minute walk. The next station is already Central Station Köln. You can pay for a 24 hour ticket for Köln for only 4 euro per person. Also the breakfast and evening staff were very friendly. Everything in the hotel was very spacious. In the evening you can also have free small drinks at the entrance, and you can sit outside on the terrace. Next to the hotel there are also several restaurants and a big square and park where you can sit. All and all a pleasant experience ❤️ God bless
