The staff and customer service are extremely friendly and helpful! When I was placed in multiple rooms with problems (marks on the walls and badly damaged surfaces, then a room with a very moldy smelling bathroom), the front desk staff was very apologetic and immediately found me another room. The property is not the best maintained (lots of scratches and dings on the walls and some grout in need of refurbishment) but the hotel is very clean and spacious. It is an excellent deal for the price. I would stay there again.

We booked 2 rooms in the hotel. One of them was not made ready for guests, no towels, and beds were not made. The receptionist apologised and arranged us to move to another room (room 114), However, the bathroom had terrible smell. We found out that this problem was already complained by other guests' review.

I’m kind of shocked, they put ut unpasteurized yoghurt for breakfast without labeling it. Even after we asked them it was still not labeled.

Very nice hotel to stay at, clean the staff was helpful and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed the terrace for an evening drink. I have not stayed in a European hotel so I'm not sure if this is the standard however I disliked there was no AC, fridge, and the bed was hard. Overall great experience though!

Room was very clean. Hairdryer and iron provided but no tea making facilities in standard room. Bed was comfortable but rickety!
The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Buffet breakfast was chaotic with plates, cups and food running out frequently.
I would happily stay here again but would probably go elsewhere for breakfast.
