Great Value!

We stayed in this hotel during a heat wave. The air conditioning was effective and quiet. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And it was very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

The a/c systems make a buzzing noise every few minutes which woke me up every night. I tried changing rooms and the same thing happened in the other room.

Comparable to a two-star boarding house.

We chose this hotel for its central location that allowed us to easily reach the center on foot, but we did not think it would be so tiny. We took two rooms on the fourth floor, but it was difficult to move inside due to the limited availability of space. No closet and no fridge. Luckily the air conditioning worked and I rate the level of hygiene as good. Staff were kind, however. Overall, everything could be improved, but for the price paid, I expected better.

Regarding the room size and equipment, we understand that the space did not fully meet your expectations. As a boutique hotel located in a historic building, our rooms have individual layouts and differ in size due to the characteristics of the building. Especially our Comfort rooms can be more compact in terms of space. For guests looking for more room, we are happy to recommend our Deluxe rooms, which offer a more spacious layout and are additionally equipped with a minibar.

Nice hotel with some minor inconveniences

The rooms were small, but very nice-looking and cleaning was good. The views from the window to the city streets were nice.
The room had awful 1* level handsoap and shower gel, which I didn't like at all.
There was only 1 towel for 2 persons when we arrived, because the second one was hidden in a closet and we struggled to find it.
There was no minibar or refrigerator in the room.
The walk to the central square Marienplatz was 20 minutes, but the area in which the hotel is located, is nice with some cafes and antique shops. This gives a lovely small town feeling in a big city.
Breakfast was good and all the staff were very friendly.
There was a lot of noise coming from the restaurants outside that you could hear in the room that lasted until midnight on weekends.
The wi-fi was slow in the evenings, because it was an open network, so all the guests in the downstairs restaurants use it for the inconvenience of hotel guests.

Nevertheless, we regret that the internet speed in the evenings did not meet your expectations and will continue to review this. Regarding the minibar, please note that our Comfort Rooms are not equipped with a minibar or refrigerator; these amenities are available in our Deluxe Rooms.
We also apologize for the inconvenience with the towels and for the noise from the surrounding restaurants on weekend evenings. Your feedback is very important to us and helps us to further improve our services.

Great location close to the English Garden and the subway at Odeonsplatz. A short walk to Marienplatz. Hotel was very clean, the room a good size and the staff very welcoming.
