The room is big, clean and the shower is fantastic. Close to public transportation, the highway and the Lufthansa bus to/from the airport.

Very disappointing experience – room did not match the description

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay. The room we received did not match the photos and description we had seen when booking. Among other things, a sofa was listed as being included, but there was no sofa in our room. There was also a broken hairdryer, a strong cigarette smell in the bathroom, and the layout of the room was very inconvenient.
We reported these issues immediately after arriving and contacted SMARTMENTS several times. Unfortunately, despite repeatedly following up, nothing was resolved during our entire three-night stay. The communication was also very slow, and we often had to contact them ourselves to get an update.
Overall, we are extremely disappointed with both the accommodation and the way our complaints were handled. This was not the experience we expected based on what was advertised when we booked.
Based on our experience, we would definitely not choose SMARTMENTS again and cannot recommend it

Defective toilet flush + no help (only AI bot). Hardly any sleep. Room change not possible. Location & check-in okay.

The stay was overall unsatisfactory. In our room, the toilet flush was defective, and the water was running continuously. This resulted in a constant loud splashing and gurgling sound. Even throughout the entire night. The sounds were transmitted into the room unmuted through the glass door in the bathroom. Sleep was hardly possible. A room change was not possible because the hotel was fully booked.
Additionally, the curtains hardly darken the room, so one wakes up very early in the summer. In combination with the noise, we had extremely little sleep. The bed is only 140 cm wide, which is tight for two people, but that was not a major problem.
The offered WhatsApp support was not a real help, as it was only an AI bot, which I only realized after a few hours of communication. Despite multiple reports and assurances from the WhatsApp support, no one personally reached out regarding the defective toilet flush. At check-out, I mentioned this again personally, but the (at least friendly) lady only said she was sorry. No compensation was offered.
On the positive side, the uncomplicated check-in and the location, especially to the Allianz Arena and the subway, are commendable.
Overall, the price-performance ratio (176€/night) is unfortunately not satisfactory.

I stayed 6 days. Bed is so small not like pictures. . Only 2 pillows also not good. bedsheet Is so bad . Comforter is very small not for 2 audits. It is size for kids bed. That is not hotels standard. According with prices per day standard is very low .
Mostly day had stuff 1 . Otherwise no staffs are available.
Kitchen is ok for cooking. Room size is ok .
