EXCELLENT IN SYNTAGMA, BUT...

Nicely decorated apartment, spacious for a couple, elegant and in excellent location and equipped with every comfort.A stone's throw from Syntagma. Very safe street, with cafes and bars and supermarket next door. I'd come back 1,000 more times. Possibility to leave luggage even after checkout. Just some poorly cleaned part on our arrival (kitchen) and wifi that malfunctioned

Very central location, although a bit noisy during night due to nightcclubs

Very central, lovely appartment within walking distance of bus tour and acropolis. Though nightclubs were a bit noisy and close by, be prepared to be woken up or bring ear muffs. There was a problem with our hot water, but that was rectified promptly.

Great Location! Very Clean.

Very close to shopping, restaurants, bars, Acropolis and other sites. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with a large balcony. The ceilings in the kitchen and bathroom are quite low. Our apartment was on the 5th floor but there is an elevator. There is also a 'free' laundry facility; however, it was in use all the time we were there, and even into the night as we could hear it from the bedroom.

Lovely apartments in a great location

We were a group of 8 so booked a 3 bed apartment and a 1 bed apartment. Not realising that the 3 bed had only 1 bathroom. To our surprise on the day of travel the owner said we could have 2 3 bed apartments instead so 4 in each which was great, apparently there was an issue with the 1 bed anyway. The apartments were a very good size.
Decor/ cleanliness varied, ours was little outdated compared to the 5th floor apartment however we had everything we could possibly need.
The location was excellent, in walking distance of everything. Loads of bars and restaurants around. The rooms were nice and we had our own little balconies.
We couldn't get the hot water to stay on so had a few cold showers. The shower or toilet was also leaking so there was a small puddle accruing which we notified the owner of when he came to check if everything was ok (nice touch).
The bar downstairs played very loud music until early hours on Saturday which was a little annoying for some of us.
Other than the couple of small issues, for what we paid I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend.

Cancelled us twice for no reason

Despite booking Months in advance they cancelled us twice. We flew from Edinburgh on the Saturday, they informed us on the Thursday that "were over booked" We were going on a cruise and had planned to stay another couple of nights on the return leg. I messaged the property to ask if we (a family of 6!) still had the return booking, they didn't reply and left it to Booking.com to inform me while we were on the cruise that they had cancelled us yet again! Took the money first obviously. Terrible communication if they had informed us then ok I would have changed things, but to say nothing is just cowardly
