Very nice

Stavros bellman and Dimitri’s the doorman was very nice and wonderful in ther job , they were very professional and polite . Overall the experience was very good by the hotel.

Generally excellent. The staff in reception and front of house were really friendly and a credit to the hotel. A big exception was the pool bar area staff who were the opposite. Also relating to the pool use, unexpected closures and the spa unable to produce towels, was a negative. But even that did not detract from an enjoyable stay overall . Superb breakfast too - and with excellent and friendly staff there.

The hotel staff were very friendly and easy to deal with but could improve on advising guests of room availability before 3pm check in. Rooms showed some wear and tear that should be addressed sooner than later.
