Magic Square Hotel
Location A very nice place to stay for a reasonable price - hotel «Hotel Magic Square(1 Km Away from Train Station)» is located in Guwahati. This hotel is located in 5 km from the city center.

Poor service overall
Room are not much maintained. Most of basic amenities are not available(only one small soap and water bottle was available in our rooms. TV was there but havung limited channels. Gyeser was not working in our room even they had not done anything to repair it even after multiple requests. They told to dial the number of reception mentioned in the room but no one will pickup the phone if required urgently & give irrelevent excuse for it.
Food quality are average but very much limited, hardly total 3-4 items. Though we had booked complementary breakfast plan but during our timing 9.40 am no items were available (mentioned breakfast timing 8.30am-10.30am). When we asked for it, they only made some puri (sabji was also made seperately), idli. Juice was not available. Fruit (not actually fresh) only available was banana. During lunch we asked for rice but they said it was not available at that time. Main course menus are also very much limited. For those reason we took dinner outside. Foods are very costly too.
