This was an extremely charming , elegant hotel with beautiful rooms & specially the guest service , view from my room wa

Front desk Awesome , over all good to stay and relax even single or with family, options are there for our needs to relax inside and out in the city. Definitely once have to visit the place when we get time.

Horrible Service

I went with my wife and daughter to their roof top restaurant. I had called up 2 hrs before reaching there in order to confirm if the restaurant is open. On reaching there, we were denied entry without stating any proper reason. Clearly there were a few cars lying in the very limited space infront of the Hotel and some kind of unknown get-together must have been happening, or else I don’t see any reason for denying us entry just in 2 hrs gap. The service and hospitality of the staff is very bad. The facility is very very badly maintained from outside. There is almost nil parking space. Not a place at all to visit, if peace of mind in a good ambience is a priority.

HOTEL HILL VIEW BAR IS THE WORST

FOREIGNERS: DO NOT COME HERE FOR THE BAR!
Reason 1:
Five of us from Germany, Philippines and South Korea were hanging out in this bar yesterday and someone THREW an empty pack of cigarettes at our heads. We told the manager and this guy simply gave us the 'too bad' reply. No apologies, no action, nothing.
Reason 2:
We were seated at the far end but manager comes every half hour or so to tell us to stop making 'so much of a noise', even though the other tables were as noisy or even more. Take note that this is an OPEN AIR BAR, and yet they told us repeatedly to basically shut up.
Reason 3:
As the bar was closing, we asked for the bill and sorted out who's paying what. We were there for 4 hours so it took a little bit of time to organize the payment distribution. Manager comes and demanded we pay instantly and kicked us out!
To put it simply, this bar is not foreigner - friendly. Not only is the manager rude but the place is totally unsafe for foreigners.

Excellant place

Decent hotel, clean neat rooms friendly and accommodating staff. Near to IT park and main road make it easy to travel. Good restaurants nearby gives you plenty of food choices.
Availability of city bus service let you enjoy the bus ride too if needed. Out form the maddening city traffic is a plus

Food Marley Is the best

First I visited this hotel 2 years ago. The restaurant called Food Marley was awesome. I had a great burger from there. Then they started a restaurant called Marrakesh. I think its closed now. Looking forward to the newly opened Hormuz restaurant now.
