The rooms were warm and the staff was super friendly. They clean regularly and keep the rooms neat.

Do not stay here

The rooms are disgusting. We had bed bugs and they would not give us a full refund even though we did not even use the room they gave us because we had to do laundry ALL night with our own money because they did not give enough. The new room also had bugs. The receptionist was not helpful.

I made the mistake of picking a non-refundable booking for the wrong dates, immediately called the property from abroad to try to swap the dates, it was very hard to speak to the relevant department and I followed in different ways for days. I received the confirmation via email that my claim was denied and they wouldn’t offer me the change of dates free of charge. Their delay with responding to my query made me feel an unvalued customer and that’s not a professional representation of the hospitality sector.

Go else where

Hard to find no signs really or anything no lift I got lost trying to find my room and ended up in the wrong one when I when back for help the desk was acting like it was my fault.and had attitude. Would not recommend at all there was no clear signs for the rooms at all or anything

It wasn't bad, but it didn't convince me.

It was not bad for my days but it did not convince me, I lacked color and many things... fulfilled a comfortable bed, has kitchen for use by travelers and correct bathrooms. A Spar supermarket next door.
The best, a kitchen and dining room for use by travelers, bed and linen, terrace and other common areas.
Right, the location, like in a second area..
Bad... practically nothing. No towel provided
