Amazing hideaway in Dublin

Number 31 was such a wonderful find in Dublin. It has all the charm and character you hope for in a boutique hotel, with beautiful architecture, plush and comfortable rooms, and a warm, intimate atmosphere.
Everyone we encountered was genuinely lovely and made us feel incredibly welcome. We especially enjoyed the courtyard and the onsite bar, which were perfect little touches and gave the hotel even more personality.
The whole property feels thoughtfully designed without losing any of its historic character. It was stylish, comfortable, unique, and one of those places that really becomes part of the trip itself. We would absolutely stay at Number 31 again.

Highly recommend Number 31!

My daughter and I stayed at Number 31 for a week in May. It is a quiet refuge after a busy day sightseeing. Number 31 is peaceful without the hustle/bustle of a large hotel. The location is very central to all that Dublin has to offer with many sights and restaurants within walking distance. We each had our own room. Each room was decorated differently but both were stylish, comfortable and well outfitted with amenities, coffee, tea, a Dyson fan and high quality sheets and towels. The staff are friendly and efficient. One of the highlights was the fantastic and tasty breakfasts made by Delia and her wonderful helpers and servers. We enjoyed the courtyard where we relaxed after a long day. The honest bar is also a great perk to enjoy a drink or a nightcap.

The best in Dublin

Hotel was super and breakfast really incredibly good!!!! They took all dietary needs into account and Delia is really a top cook! The waitress made up for our morning every day and was more than friendly. Really a top team! I can recommend the porridge 10000%, best ever! Rooms are nice and tidy!! All in all, super! (Everything is within walking distance we have taken the bus or tram zero times!) umbrellas the hotel has available!

Little Gem in the Heart of Dublin

What struck us most was how a place right in the middle of Dublin could feel like such a find. The location is fantastic, close to everything, but it has that quiet, tucked-away feel that makes it special.
The venue itself is beautiful and the staff made all the difference — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was outstanding, easily one of the best we've had, and the whole experience had a real sense of quality about it.
This was our first visit, but it won't be our last. We're delighted to have found somewhere this good in the middle of Dublin, and we'll be returning again and again. Highly recommended.

A Great Stay in a Great Location

Number 31 is a lovely place to stay -- a bit quirky (in a good way), but with all the comforts, and in a convenient but quiet area. The staff was always helpful, the room was spotless, and the breakfasts were delicious. I will definitely stay there again if I'm back in Dublin.
