Overall a good option for visiting Sapporo. May be a bit difficult for customers not used to self check comcept.

Nice self service apt for a short stay, it will be nicer to provide some cloth detergent and salt, soy source for the guests. Cooking pots are old and outdated need to be replaced.

The place has more of a home-away-from-home vibe, offering a cozy and private stay, which I really enjoyed. It comes with a kitchen and fridge, so you can store food and feel comfortable throughout your visit. The location is fantastic—everything is within walking distance! Sapporo train station is about a 15-20 minute walk, and the city center is just as manageable on foot.
The owner doesn’t speak English. They are strict with the 3 PM check-in time, so be sure to plan accordingly. If you arrive early, there’s no luggage storage at the lobby, so keep that in mind.
Overall, it’s a great place for those looking for privacy and convenience in a walkable area.

Great location and would stay again. The only bad thing was one of the wooden bed frame being a bit squeaky and dirty vacuum cleaner but we had other cleaning supplies to use for our stay, which was sufficient.

Excellent little apartment

The location of the propery is excellent, it's about 5-10min walking distance to the train station, countless konbinis are nearby and Odori Park can be reached by walking for about 15min as well. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed. The self check-in instructions were detailed and made it an easy task.
The only negative thing I have to say, is that there are no English manuals for the washing machine or the microwave. That would have made things a lot easier. But apart from that everything has been perfect and I recommend the place for everyone who stays in Sapporo for 3 days or longer.
