recommended

perfect hotel everything was clean and the dry clean did a perfect work to be honest 3 stars is low i would give the hotel minimum 4 to 4.5 stars next time if i come back to amman jordan i would definitely come back to this hotel .................

Unfortunately upon arrival, the receptionist insisted we cancel our Expedia booking and pay them directly in cash. When I refused, this went on back n forth for sometime eventually I was able to check in. I had a local friend who helped talk to the man at reception, who didn't speak a word of English.
The room I checked into stank of cigarettes and had a bad odour of stale cigarettes in the room.
The following day upon check out a different member of staff apologised for the experience of the previous night and offered one nights free accomodation.
Unfortunately due to the stench of stale cigarettes and the poor customer service I politely declined and made arrangements elsewhere.
I would recommend paying more and avoiding this place all together.

One of the greatest 3 stars hotel in amman

Nice hotel , 3 stars , newly renovated , they have nice specious rooms , laundry service , the price is normal not over ,
WiFi: 10/10
Clean:10/10
Staff:10/10
Restaurant 10/10
Keep it up , really nice place,
Hot water 24/7
Reception24/7
They also have private parking free of charge for guests

Cozy Retreat: Space, Cleanliness, Kindness

The place is convenient for those with a car or those who prefer using a taxi to reach central areas like Almadina Street. The room was spacious, clean, and pleasant. The staff was exceptionally kind. There's a mosque about a 10-minute walk away for those in need. The majority of guests are families, contributing to a nice and tranquil atmosphere.

Amazing

Nice place friendly staff very larg rooms , clean , they have private parking, also a coffee house on first floor , I really recommend, near to shops , located in North amman , room service 24/7 , we love the breakfast coffee amazing , affordable price
