Rana sets the standard for what an exceptional hotel representative looks like. Every guest interaction with her feels effortless and cared for.
I would also like to recognize Pia and Wassim at the restaurant for their exceptional service, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. They consistently went above and beyond to make every dining experience enjoyable and welcoming.
