Enjoyable and memorable dinner
What made the experience truly special was the warm welcome we received at the lobby from the Guest Relations Manager, Ms. Alison. She is truly amazing in the way she communicates with guests and how warmly and kindly she welcomed and treated both me and my son. A BIG thank you to her!
My sincere thanks also go to the entire Italian Job team . Francesco, Adrian, Vanessa, Nenus, and Chef Mohammed Yassine. They were all very kind, friendly, and attentive, and served us with genuine care and passion.

Very nice and helpful stuff. But the hotel looks like old and noisy. Breakfast very poor not microwave to warm milk

On the other hand, there are key areas that require management's attention: the check-in process takes far too long, navigating between floors is inconvenient, and the pool area has overly tight scrutiny. I hope these points are considered for a better guest experience in the future.

Good experience
Had a wonderful experience at Bistro Bistro! The food was great, the atmosphere was lovely, and the service was excellent.
