This hotel is absolutely amazing. Do not hesitate to book a stay here. A friend and I stayed here for 2 nights this August and couldn’t recommend it more. Central and very walkable location to shopping (Zara right across the street) and restaurants. Amazing amenities- delicious breakfast, lemon ice water, bar on site, beautiful decor, the most comfortable beds and pillows I’ve ever slept on. The air conditioning in the room is excellent (very important:) Helpful and friendly staff. Great stay.

Good hotel
The staff were very welcoming and helpfull, the room (after upgrade) was huge and had a private patio.

The room looked clean, but we got some bug bites in the room.
The location was excellent to visit many tour points.
The staffs were very kind.

Well located
Very nice hotel, especially for its location and direct connection to the underground public parking (very easy to access thanks to the detailed information provided by the hotel, reasonable rate). We had a plumbing issue in our children's room, but a solution was immediately found (room change with upgrade). We had room 210 in the rotating part of the building, and it was particularly small (just like the bathroom, with a large technical column in the middle), and relatively noisy (due to the proximity of 3 other rooms in the rotunda and the slamming doors). For this reason, I believe that the value for money is not good; it is too expensive for this space. Our children's room, in the hallway, was larger, better arranged, and the noise from neighboring rooms was less disturbing. I do not understand why we are sold a room with a view; it does not exist. Very clean and the bedding is very comfortable. Nice breakfast buffet, but the dining room is not very pleasant.
